Biography
Dr Abdullah Adnan Mohamed is a senior lecturer at the Department of English Language, Centre for Modern Languages, Universiti Malaysia Pahang. Prior to joining KUKTEM in Nov 2003 before it became known later as Universiti Malaysia Pahang, he had exposure in teaching English for Specific Purposes courses since he began his teaching career at the International University College of Twintech Technology (IUCTT) since the year 2000, teaching mostly engineering and technical undergraduates. He obtained his doctoral degree from University of Malaya in 2020, focusing on evaluation of technical oral presentation components in engineering. He received his first Master of Science in Information Management from UiTM in 2001, then Master of Education (TESL) from University of Malaya in 2006. He has profound beliefs in students’ active learning through in class participation under the guidance of instructor who plays the role to facilitate language learning process.
