Biography


Mohd Akramin Mohd Romlay received his Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive) from University Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia in 2004. He then obtained his M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering in 2009 from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Malaysia. He joined Universiti Malaysia Pahang, Malaysia as lecturer at Faculty of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering Technology. He obtained his Ph.D. from the Computational and Experimental Mechanics research group, Department of Mechanics and Material, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Malaysia. He is a member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), and Malaysia Association for Computational Mechanics (MACM). His research interests are in Finite Element Analysis, fatigue analysis, fracture mechanics and probabilistic analysis.
