Biography


Dr. Noorazliza Sulaiman is a lecturer at Faculty of Electrical & Electronic Engineering Technology, Universiti Malaysia Pahang. Her research activities involve the area of Computational Intelligence and its application. She has researched, presented, and published on the formulation of bio-inspired optimization algorithm. The formulation involves enhancement of Artificial Bee Colony through modification and hybridation with other types of algorithms. The research also involves the implementation of the developed optimization algorithms to solve various real-world problems such as reactive power optimization, economic environmental dispatch and optimal digital IIR filter design. She has been with the faculty since August 2019. Before that, she was the faculty member of Faculty of Engineering Technology since January 2018.
