Biography

Hanisah bt Bon (Kasbon) is an English language teacher at Universiti Malaysia Pahang. With ten years of service in tertiary academic setting, her teaching specifically focuses on English for Academic Purposes and English for Occupational Purposes, as well as dedicated to teaching students language proficiency course. She also experienced in teaching international students attending special English course at the university. Her main research revolves around classroom-based action research related to English language. She has participated in several poster presentation competitions and has published several papers in journals. Apart from her academic interests, she engages with internal and external stakeholders for community service projects. Her education and involvement has provided many opportunities for her to give back to communities.
