Biography


Dr Herma Dina is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Chemical & Natural Resources Engineering, Universiti Malaysia Pahang, Malaysia. She received her Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Malaysia in 2013. She has considerable expertise in the area of advanced material, heterogeneous catalysis, hydrogen energy, and environmental engineering. She has worked as the principal investigator and co-investigator for more than 20 different funded research projects related to energy, chemical engineering, and wastewater treatment. She has published more than 50 peer-reviewed journals including review articles, more than 5 book chapters, and more than 20 conference proceedings. She has served as technical and publication committee of more than 5 international conferences in chemical engineering, catalysis, and energy. She is an Associate Editor of Malaysian Journal of Catalysis, and Guest Editor for several Special Issues in high-impact journals, namely, Catalysis Today (Elsevier), Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research (American Chemical Society), and Chemical Engineering and Technology (Wiley). She is also an active reviewer for many high-impact journals published by ACS, Elsevier, RCS, Wiley, and Springer.
