Biography


Dr. Hong Pui Khoon is an Industrial Biotechnology lecturer with a diverse background in Food Science, Chemistry and Biotechnology. She has been with the Faculty of Industrial Sciences and Technology since 2016. Her primary research interests are focused on adding value to under-utilized food materials, food safety and new food product development. She is an active member of Drugs Discovery & Diagnostics (3D) cluster.
