Biography

Thong Jun Zhou, PhD, CSS, MIMM, is currently a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), where he contributes to academic excellence and innovative research. He holds a PhD in Management from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), where his study was situated at the intersection of tourism, management, and marketing. He is a certified Customer Service Specialist (CSS) and professional member of the Institute of Marketing Malaysia (IMM), where the national body represents sales and marketing practitioners in Malaysia. IMM is affiliated with the Asia Marketing Federation (AMF) and the World Marketing Association (WMA), extending its members' professional network across the region.

His primary research interests span digital marketing, artificial intelligence, e-commerce, consumer behavior, and ecotourism development with mixed method approach, reflecting his commitment to advancing knowledge in these dynamic fields.
