Biography

Dr Kamal Yusoh is Professor of Polymer Nanotechnology at the Universiti Malaysia Pahang. His holds a B.Eng. and M.Eng degree in chemical engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and Ph.D degree in polymer nanotechnology from Loughborough University, UK. His teaching and research activities focus on polymer nanocomposites and graphene production. He has published more than 50 research articles and 50 conference proceedings in the area of polymer nanocomposite as well as in graphene technology. He taught at UiTM Shah Alam before joining the faculty of chemical and natural resources engineering, UMP until 2019, and now in FTKKP, UMP. In 2017, he was awarded a Mevlana Sponsorship by Turkey Government as a visiting scholar to the department of material engineering at Karabuk University to give lectures and research short courses. Now he is seconded to Office of Vice Chancellor as Assistant Vice Chancellor for Academic Advancement.
