Biography

I am an academician at UMP since 2004. MSc (Process and Chemical Eng) and PhD in Chemical Engineering were conferred on me by UKM and UNSW, respectively, in catalysis and advanced reactor technology research. My grants and researches are in palm oil industries, materials, renewable energy and process analysis. Reactive materials, reactor engineering and technology, and catalysts are of my interests. Industrial partners, research team and I are currently working in improving palm oil mill processes and monitoring petrochemical process. I was also the heads for technical unit and educational programme (twice),  the deputy dean of academics and am currently a panel for Engineering Accreditation Council, Board of Engineering, Malaysia. I am a certified professional engineer and a corporate member of Institute Engineers Malaysia. I would like to have networking and build rapport with other academicians and technical personnel.
