Biography


Ts. Dr. Mohd Zulkifli Bin Mohamad Noor is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Chemical & Process Engineering Technology, Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA). Zulkifli has been with the UMPSA since 2009. He obtained his Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering from UTP. Meanwhile, his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees were earned at UTM in Chemical Engineering. Zulkifli is also a registered Professional Technologist (Oil & Gas) with the Malaysian Board of Technologists (MBOT) and appointed as an accredited panel member for the TTAC MBOT Accreditation Council, and an active member of the Terengganu Branche with the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). His research expertise focuses on Petroleum Engineering & Technology (Subsurface, Reservoir characterization, Petroleum Production, Facilities & Refining & Gas Processing technology), Gas Technology (Transmission & Distribution) and Chemical Process system & Design. In addition, Zulkifli has researched, presented, and published in the area above in Scopus and International Conferences. His involvement with various industrial activities, including PETRONAS, SIRIM, the Energy Commission, the oil & gas industry, and the energy sector, has led to significant changes in his career. His contributions strengthen sustainability, efficiency, and technological advancement in the oil, gas, and energy sectors.
