Biography

I have an experience in the thermodynamic research area, focussing on the hydrates phase equilibria measurement. The problems range from the presence of water in the upstream and downstream pipeline with the crude oil transportation in the subsea pipeline to the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) distribution system in the domestic line. The works that I involved were; the measurement of low water content in the LPG system at low temperature and the compilation gas hydrate phase equilibria data in the presence of thermodynamic hydrate inhibitor (THI) (Project 975-12). Both projects were sponsored by GPA Midstream Association. In 2017, I was appointed as an affiliate researcher at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in Boulder, USA working with Dr Jason Widegren on the measurement of low water content in methanol using Coulometric Karl-Fischer Titration.
