Biography


Nurlin Abu Samah is a lecturer from the Faculty of Industrial Sciences & Technology, Universiti Malaysia Pahang. Her primary research activities involve the area of synthesis and characterization of new sorbent in order to remove inorganic and organic pollutants from water such as molecularly or ionic imprinted polymer, and cellulose-based sorbent. Nurlin Abu Samah has researched, presented and published her work on using molecularly imprinted polymer for the diclofenac removal from water. Recently, her work focusing on the synthesis of ionic imprinted polymer for the arsenic removal.
