Biography
Salina is a Professor at Faculty of Industrial Management. With over 30 years of experience in the academic industry, she has held various leadership roles, including Deputy Vice Chancellor, UNITEN Kampus Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah, Professor, Dean, Deputy Dean, HODs, and Coordinator. She has published more than 80 indexed articles and over 100 conference papers in the areas of sustainability, energy management, strategic management, leadership, SMEs, and HEIs. She has received numerous research grants from organizations such as Tenaga Nasional Berhad, the Malaysian Ministry of Education, and others. She is also involved in research exhibitions and has received numerous accolades, including 8 Gold, 3 Silver, and top 5 Innovative awards at international exhibitions. Her most recent achievement was being awarded the Best Woman Inventor 2023 at the 34th International Invention, Innovation & Technical Exhibition.
